At Maria.B. Designs, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a seamless 14-day return and exchange policy. Please ensure items are unworn and retain all original designer tags to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship the Package
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
